2008 SSEP Presentations

SSEP projects are sponsored by OSPR technical staff and often carried out with partners from academia, other agencies and/or the private sector. Results of projects are made available through publications in the peer-reviewed literature, and an annual one day SSEP symposium at OSPR Headquarters in Sacramento (check back at the OSPR homepage for the symposium announcement).

Requests for proposals are solicited annually at the beginning of each fiscal year (July). All proposals are reviewed and evaluated according to established criteria (see program guidelines link below) and final awards are granted in January. Project duration ranges from one to three years. Project descriptions and final papers are posted on this web site.
