Academy Class #52 Physical Training(PT)
This slide show is part of a POST mandated physical test that we must pass with a minimum points score. Cadets scoring over 600 points(earning more points for faster times) are then part of the "600 Club." The test consists of 5 elements: solid fence, chain fence, 99 yard obstacle course(white lines), 160 pound dummy drag, and 500 yard run. |
